3.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any Gaming Service on the Platform. ega88 enforces a strict 21+ policy in compliance with responsible gaming standards applicable to casino-style gambling services. Users found to be under the minimum age will have their Account immediately suspended, and any funds deposited will be returned less any administrative costs incurred.
3.2 Geographic Restrictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ega88 does not provide services to individuals in jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods, are prohibited. ega88 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances.
3.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration. ega88 may at any time request documentary verification of your identity, age, or payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension.
3.5 Corporate Accounts. Accounts may only be opened and operated by natural persons in their personal capacity. Accounts registered on behalf of corporations, partnerships, trusts, or other legal entities are not permitted.
4.1 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ega88 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4.2 Notification of Breach. You must immediately notify ega88 support if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
4.3 Account Use. Your Account is for your personal use only. You may not permit any other person to access or use your Account, nor transfer your Account or any funds held in it to another individual.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. ega88 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Notice will be provided to your registered email address prior to any fee being applied.
5.1 Accepted Methods. ega88 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and USDT. Accepted methods are displayed at the time of transaction and may be updated without prior notice.
5.2 Currency. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ega88 does not impose currency conversion fees on MYR-denominated transactions.
5.3 Minimum Amounts. The minimum deposit is RM 20. The minimum withdrawal is RM 50. These thresholds may be updated at ega88's discretion.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit. ega88 targets a processing time of ten (10) minutes for standard withdrawal requests, subject to applicable verification requirements.
5.5 Verification. ega88 reserves the right to request identity and payment method verification documents before processing withdrawal requests. This is a standard anti-money laundering compliance procedure and does not imply any presumption of wrongdoing.
5.6 Own Funds. You confirm that all funds deposited into your Account are legally yours and have not been obtained through unlawful means. ega88 will report any suspected money laundering activity to the relevant authorities without notifying the Account holder.
6.1 General. ega88 offers various bonuses and promotions subject to specific terms, which will be stated at the time of each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
6.3 Abuse. ega88 reserves the right to withhold, void, or recover bonus funds if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a bonus has been obtained through fraudulent means, system exploitation, or in breach of these Terms.
6.4 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available to each eligible player once only. Using multiple accounts or identities to claim a promotion multiple times is a prohibited activity.
6.5 Withdrawal Sequence. Unless otherwise specified, real-money funds deposited into an Account will be wagered before any bonus funds held in the same Account.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the ega88 Platform is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By playing any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.
7.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, communication error, or software failure that results in an incorrect game outcome, ega88 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return staked amounts to the affected Account. 7.3 Sportsbook. All sports bets placed on the ega88 sportsbook are subject to the sportsbook-specific rules published within the sportsbook section of the Platform. ega88 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or adjust odds in circumstances including but not limited to match abandonment, results under investigation, or data feed errors.
7.4 Toto 4D. Toto 4D results are determined by official draw outcomes. ega88 is not responsible for the outcome of any draw. Any disputes relating to draw results must be raised within 48 hours of the draw date.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ega88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
10.2 ega88's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 ega88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. You access the Platform at your own risk.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, ega88 may withhold any funds held in the Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe those funds are connected to prohibited conduct or fraudulent activity.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority frameworks under which ega88 operates. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with ega88 support shall be referred to the relevant regulatory body's dispute resolution process.
You agree to submit any claim or dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent authority as designated by ega88's regulatory framework, and waive any objection to jurisdiction, venue, or inconvenient forum.
ega88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ega88 will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered Account holders by email.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
